Develop and propose a workplace improvement plan based on your analysis of the context and strategy of the business you analyzed.

i) Base the improvement plan on current management trends within the local and global context, e.g.: Resilience, Agility, Engagement, Ethics, Change, Governance, Corporate citizenship, Digital disruption, Internet of things, Design thinking, Globalisation, Organisational culture, Sustainability, and Enterprise Risk Management.
